TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services
I offer portrait, editorial, commercial, and cinematic photography services. Each project is tailored to the client’s needs and discussed prior to booking.
2. Booking and Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is possible once, subject to availability, with at least 48 hours notice.
4. Deliverables
Photos are delivered via a private online gallery within 5 to 7 business days. Express delivery options are available at an additional cost.
5. Usage Rights
All images remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients receive usage rights as specified in their selected package. Commercial use requires a separate license.
6. Image Use by Photographer
I reserve the right to use images from your session for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Liability
I am not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond my control, including weather, venue issues, or third-party vendors.
